User who has pre-paid the previous PRO package, please contact us should you wish to claim a refund.

For refunds please send us the following information: Full name, address, country, GhostMail email, new contact e-mail, date of purchase, full bank information including IBAN and SWIFT number, bank name and address.

If you bought by credit card please send us the last 4 digits of your credit card.

If you bought using Bitcoins, please state your Bitcoin adress. We need all and correct information in order refund correctly and in order to prevent fraud.
